Does Credit Really Matter?

One of the things that automatically gets attached to our hips once we become adults is our credit and the FICO score associated with it. We instantly become consumed by either keeping the score high or trying to increase the score after bad decisions made it low.  So, recently I read this daily tip by Dave Ramsey (I told you I’m a fan) and it got me thinking; does credit really matter?  Well, I decided to analyze the aspects of credit and FICO score to see how important it is to our finances and to see if we can thrive financially without having “credit.”
